  Feedback for Wingstop Management Team My name is DJ, and I visited this Wingstop location last night with two of my family members. I previously worked for Wingstop at the South Sherwood Forest location, and seign so I’m familiar with the company’s customer-service expectations and operating standards. Unfortunately, the experience we had at this location was very concerning. The employee working the front counter was on his personal phone while working, which I understand to be a serious safety and workplace-policy concern. He was also rude and disrespectful during our interaction and appeared to be flirting with one of my family members. The situation became even more uncomfortable when he began taking or handling my family member’s personal belongings without appropriate boundaries or permission. As someone with previous Wingstop experience and current management experience, I understand that employees are expected to maintain professionalism, respect customers, follow safety procedures, and create a welcoming environment. I also know Mr. Alonzo, who is the District Manager for this location, and I know that this type of customer service does not reflect the standards I understand he expects from his team. I appreciate the RGM taking my concerns seriously when I called this morning, apologizing for the experience, and addressing the situation. My intention in providing this feedback is not simply to complain, but to make management aware of what happened so the appropriate coaching and expectations can be reinforced with the team.   I placed an order here tonight for a 15pc combo and only received half (only received 7 wings ) of my order the food was cold the food portion was not correct , one of the flavors was wrong the store was nasty the drink machine nozzle was off I never in my life experience no fast food restaurant ever like this before I do take accountability for not checking my bag before I left . I did contact the store once I made it home but the store was closed

  I just stopped in for a large ranch, because if you know, you know lol... The lady that helped me was really sweet, helpful and had a great attitude. I work in customer service so I really appreciate when I get great customer service myself! My receipt says April. So if that's your name, thank you, Miss April!
