    So I came to this location as a DoorDasher last night at around 8:20pm May 12th to pick up a simple 2 large French fries order. As I walked in, I see a handful of male employees and a female just in the kitchen chitchatting and playing around while there is a long list of incomplete orders on the screen. I asked the female employee (not sure what her name is) if my customer's order is ready for pickup, she claimed that they're still working on the order. So I waited by the counter, then I received my first notification at 8:24pm stating that my customer's order is ready for pickup. I tried to get the female employee's attention, but she kept ignoring me. So I text my customer informing her that there is gonna be a delay on her order, then I waited an additional 20 minutes by the counter as the employees continue to keep skipping the customer's order. So I stepped out for a minute to call the customer to explain to her the situation that's going on her order. The customer called the store to find out what's the delay on her order, the female employee that was on the phone with the customer specifically lied claiming that they don't prepare orders if the DoorDasher is waiting outside. As I recalled, I was waiting by the counter for 20+ minutes. If they had a camera in the lobby, then it will prove that the female employee's story doesn't match for what she told the customer over the phone. So I will be reporting this incident to corporate for further investigation.

    Had a fantastic experience at the Wingstop on Siegen! The wings were absolutely perfect—crispy on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside. I got the Cajun Hot and my girlfriend loved the Hot Honey. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, as always.The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. There is limited seating , so no large parties at this location. Also, their ranch is on another level—they seriously need to bottle it and sell it in stores exactly how they make it in the shop! We loved it so much that we actually ordered two more orders to-go before we left just to have more for later.This is definitely my go-to wing spot! 10/10 would come back. The Zachary store really needs to step it up; the staff there is nice, but there is a significant language barrier that makes communication very difficult. More importantly, I've gotten sick all three times I've eaten at that location. I have already sent a formal complaint to corporate regarding their food handling, as the quality there is nowhere near the standard of this Siegen location.

    Ordering from here is a no no .Three DoorDash drivers arrived to pick up my order because it kept being reassigned because restaurant was taking too long and yet the order has not even been made. The location is a no for me.The Florida and Sherwood location would never. I ended up with an $5 inconvenience fund from DoorDash. When the food arrived, the flavor of the wings was wrong and my food was extremely cold to say it’s been over an hour to even prepare and make.
