    I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered a sandwich yesterday, and it was served cold and appeared to be undercooked. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I have experienced similar issues multiple times at this location, which raises concerns about food quality and consistency. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store several times to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. As a paying customer, I expect food to be prepared properly and for concerns to be handled professionally. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works to improve both food quality and customer service. Based on my recent experiences, I am hesitant to return.

    Rude rude rude! Wasn’t greeted at all. I walked over to the pickup area abs as I was reading to see if it was the name for the order I was there to get an older lady walks over snatches it and walks back behind the counter. So as I was just standing there a younger lady came and asked me what I needed. I’m unsure why the older lady even applied to work here because it’s apparent she clearly hates it!

    I would’ve gave them zero stars. Today when I came in the attitude was just so bad, but on top of that, they overcharged quite a few times on the receipt. A lot of their prices on the menu didn’t match the prices on the receipt. To make matters worse , I was there so long for three items and the child’s food which already is so cheap to make was paper thin . SAD ! As a business, do better!

    Due to the convenience of this place, being near my neighborhood & having a menu of things that I like I was very excited to give them a try. Unfortunately, my first visit was my last visit. I didn't drive off from the drive through until after about the sixth minute mark. No one came to the speaker to greet me or even ask for a moment while they did whatever was that they were doing, that was keeping them from taking my order. As I sit there, I was able to see one customer inside standing at the counter. My excitement was replaced with disappointment quickly. I guess I'll be sticking with smoothie king
