  The hard tacos were stuffed well and very good. Grilled cheese burrito wasn't made correctly per my order. The staff were very loud and making quite a racket in the kitchen so it's not surprising they weren't focused and screwed up my order.

  I am not normally one to make bad reviews. Although, I witnessed behavior that I feel should be addressed and can be addressed just through using a bit more kindness through the drive through. My father was placing his order using the AI Attendant. Everything was going well except the AI had made a mistake on our order. In order for us to understand what came on the item the AI upsold me on, I asked for further clarification as this was the item that the mistake was made on. The only option we had, was to remove the item and reorder the item. We finished removing the item and was about to order the item again and say "That is all". All of the sudden, I believe it was the manager lost her temper at us and started raising her voice at us as we are already about to finish our order. I get it y'all. I used to work for Taco Bell, I know you all are graded and compete with the surrounding Taco Bells based off of your drive through times. Instead of losing your temper at me and my father who is overworked and struggles at the end of the night to place orders, maybe you should manage your employee who is working the drive through who had his back to us as we were pulling up to the window. He turned around, muttered the total, didn't look a paying customer in the eyes before handing us back our card. The most outrageous thing I noticed was the employee proceeded to get on his phone, back to the window and then when a car pulled up behind us he ended up getting on the mic and helping the customer behind us. Get your employees straight, we don't normally go to Taco Bell. The one night we went instead of our usual Sonic or Raising Canes, to Taco Bell and had this sub par experience. The only thing saving you from getting a one star is the fact that the Manager lowered her tone after we just wanted to accurately place our order. My father was so disheartened by this experience he didn't even reorder the crunchwrap he wanted. Shame, shame on you. Learn how to control your employees and your emotions. We will be going elsewhere and not returning to this location.

  Not often do you go to taco bell and feel compelled to leave a five star review 😅 But Ms Daija and her crew were not only friendly and professional- our food came out hot and fresh!
