  On 7-26-22 I visited the college drive Subway sandwich shop in Baton Rouge Louisiana. The woman waiting on me was wearing earbuds and was having a conversation with someone on her cell phone sticking out of her back pocket. I could not tell if she was talking to me or to the person on her phone conversation. When she spoke to me and asked a question I would start to answer her question only for her to interrupt me while talking to her telephone conversation. This and other very disconcerting Versions over interruptions continued throughout the entire interaction with her. It is difficult to express how rude and distasteful this experience actually was. To the manager and owner I say to you, you need to hire people with manners and enough intelligence to know the difference between right and wrong. I am a business owner also and I understand the difficulties. This is an age old problem, this is nothing new in dealing with human beings. Get on the stick man and run your business with a very very high regard for the sensibilities of your clientele. Thank you. G.W.
