  Update: the manager, Mrs. Alice, was very kind and issued my refund. However, the franchise owner needs to update the hours so that no one encounter this issue again. This location has proven to be inconsistent. Yesterday, I placed an order via the app for pickup. Upon arriving at the door, I found it locked, and an employee informed me that they were closed. She opened the door slightly and mentioned that the manager had instructed them to close and this was approximately 6:30-6:40 PM. I expressed my concern, stating that I had placed an order. She then states that the owner had directed them to close, and there was no possibility of obtaining a refund or my order that day, which I find entirely unacceptable. This is not the first instance of this location closing unexpectedly. On a previous occasion, I had to knock, and I informed the employee that my order was already prepared. I am uncertain about the operations of this franchise owner, but such practices reflect poorly on their business and customer service.
