This location is disgusting and I will never eat there again. Not only is the service from those 2 older men not good but the food was horrendous. I got a wrap and it was cut in half with a knife that clearly had mustard on it and I don’t eat mustard nor had it on my wrap. Also got a cookie and it was hard as a rock. I’m super disappointed.

Before you make plans to order from here, make sure they are open. Wednesdays it says they’re open until 8:30 pm, don’t believe it. At 7:49 pm, the guy at the counter was turning customers away saying he’s about to close. This has been a constant problem with this location. I stopped coming to this one because you never know when they’re open and you just don’t know what kind of customer service you’ll get. I wish whoever is the owner of this location would finally get this place together. They use to have some good employees a few years ago but they ones that’ve worked her in the last five years, have the worst customer service. Not sure what the pay is but, increase the wages to hire better people.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. My husband and I walked in today and the worker was sitting in a booth on his phone not getting up for about 20 seconds. He never greeted us and was very rude. He made it seem like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. He also seemed unkept and had dandruff on his shirt. He had his ear buds around his neck that almost touched my sandwich as he was reaching to grab stuff for my sandwich. As we were checking out he started texting on his phone thus delaying the check out process and made us wait to get our receipt until her finished his text. Then he proceeded to scoff as another customer walked in. All in all I’m very disappointed in the whole experience and think management or the franchise owner should look into this.
