  I order a Jr burger kids meal add bacon NO CONDIMENTS. When I got the burger there was ketchup mustard pickle on it. I’m feeding this burger to an autistic child so I can’t just scrape everything off of it so like what any good father would do I take it back to be fixed. A gentleman came to the window, trying to argue with me what goes on the burger and I specifically said that I said no condiments and he said that that’s not what it said well, I wouldn’t know what it said because I wasn’t provided a receipt anyways at the window, but I do know that I spent $30 and I expect my food to be correct. After that conversation, I had this monstrosity put into my hand. Please tell me how a burnt bun. Is it going to make this situation any better? Someone add this song it needs to start doing better because this is not the first time I’ve gone through this but my child really loves sonic.

  Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Dropped my food in someone else's car, ignored my order 5 cars over, then tried to give me their food. Louisiana needs to tightened up. Its terrible here.

  Lost my order and never attempted to find it after 5 different drivers came to pick it up. Called and girl just put me on hold in mid sentence when another employee was asking a question in the background. After 4 minutes on hold hung up and called for 30 minutes straight with never getting another answer
