  I ordered on the app for asap (5min) pickup. It was 34 minutes from the time my order went through to the time they brought my food. The counter on the screen said the food was cooked at the 12 minute mark. I don't know if they held onto it for 20 minutes, or if they're closing unfinished tickets to fudge their numbers. I hit the red button at 25 minutes and they never answered. I hit it again 30, and they answered. They were very nice, but the wait is not acceptable.

  Food was luke warm once they finally got it right. Not the fastest service in the world for sure. Convenient location but definitely not my favorite.

  The current crew has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They’ll start taking your order, tell you to hold on, long pause then the screen resets. I went through this 3 times and gave up. They can see me clearly Through the kitchen window, so no idea what is in their heads. Hard pass, you have plenty of other options in the area or Siegen one exit up. Wait for new ownership here, this franchisee is lost and probably losing plenty of business.

  I used to work at Sonic years ago, & I've been to multiple Sonics since. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. I pushed the button twice before a lady came on to take my order. After waiting for 10 mins I pushed the button 2 more times just to find out that they never even took my order. I assumed that the guy who answered (on the 4th button press) took my order. From the time that I got there 5 other people had come & gone. A worker (with a headset on) walked outside & I asked him about my order, & he didn't know anything about it. So I left...I did call & speak with the GM who was very polite, apologetic, & accommodating. Even though he offered me a free meal for the next time I go, I will not be going back to this location (or possibly any other Sonic) nor will I be recommending this location (especially) to anyone.
