  Multiple times now I’ve waited 20+ even 30+ minutes for my drinks to come out. it can’t be that hard to put soda in a cup. i will likely never return to this location.

  This sonic was so unprofessional, the stud worker had an attitude & they took very long to make my order. I understand that food does take time to make, but they took 27 minutes to just give me four mozzarella sticks and a burger that wasn’t even dressed properly. They just threw everything on there and only gave me specifically one pickle & four chopped onions keep in mind they’re cut into very small squares. This sonic is horrible with customer service don’t recommend going.

  They brought the wrong food out to me. Then when I pull up to the window to give the wrong food back they try to give me the food that the had given to someone else. I asked to remake it then they dropped it on the ground beside my car & expect me to take. I asked for my money back but they wouldn't refund it. I will never go back to any Sonic they all suck. If could give 0 stars I would.

  Signs say 24 hour but I just sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, tried looping around a couple times to see if they didn’t hear the beeper but as a looped around I watched an employee stare at us and just walk around the kitchen, as I looped around the last time he turned off the monitors for the orders. Idk if it was shift change and he didn’t wanna do anything, or if it was he just didn’t wanna work, but if your signs are gonna say 24 hours you need to get employees that are gonna do what they’re supposed to on the night shift.
