  The customer service at the drive-thru was disappointing. I went through around 1:12 PM on Monday, September 15, and the employee who handed me my order was not friendly at all. She didn’t greet me, say thank you, or even say goodbye. She simply opened the window, handed me my food, and closed it. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service and common courtesy should still be expected. A simple “thank you” or “have a good day” would have made a big difference. Hopefully the service improves because the experience was unnecessarily uncomfortable.

  I just left from here at 5:30am and I will never be returning to this location. They always have an attitude but this lady today was just over the top!! Rude from the jump. Ordered a strawberry slush after two sips it was nothing but ice. She was so pissed when I pulled up and you could hear it all in her voice just a very nasty attitude !!! Go find another job if you don’t want to work ! Couldn’t eat nothing I brought because the corn dogs were also burnt.

  Absolutely the best. I love that I can sit and the manager, Austin, is amazing!!! He made sure everyone was happy including his employees. That really is amazing. I will totally be coming back here!!

  Long story short I placed my order in at Siegan lane thinking its the one on Perkins Rowe during my break at 740pm, obviously I couldn't pick it up because it was too far from my job, i went there around 1220 am to pick up my food and everything was made fresh
