  Single Handedly the MOST Disgusting Restaurant I've EVER been to. Filthy dirty. The guy taking the order was EXTREMELY Rude. I put the money on the counter, he pointed to his hand and said "putting the money on the counter is RUDE". I confirmed it was an "Eat in" Restaurant but all they had was 3 small Hightop tables, NO Plates at all and ONLY plastic Silverware, NO Salt and they charged us $1.32 for peppers. I ordered EXTRA EXTRA Light tomato sauce, it came drowning in tomato sauce and the Pizza was WAY undercooked. NO Public Restroom, even though it's required by law IF there's in-store seating. WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!!

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut Sherwood. The crew was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was spotless, and everyone worked together to provide excellent service. Dejohn Smith did an amazing job—he repeated my order back to me to make sure everything was correct and got my food out in a timely manner. He was professional, attentive, and made the visit even better. They even opened my box to ensure my order looked perfect before handing it to me. The entire crew did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate their hard work. This team is the best, and I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  The manager was rude, and so are the workers. No one was any help. I had a DoorDash order, as I’m reviewing the order I let the manger know an item was missing. She argued me down I had everything, went back door the customer food and they had an attitude with t like it was my fault.

  This visit was relatively quick- my order was ready and my wait was under maybe 3 minutes because they were somewhat busy. The food was tasty, but WHAT is up with the prep and packaging?? One box had my cheese sticks jammed into it with the edge pieces folded over onto the others so the cheese obviously came off. The other one was unevenly cooked with one side more "done"- but the kicker was the garlic/parm shake that landed nearly entirely in a 2"X2.5" little spot! How hard is it to sprinkle the entire order? Just a WEE bit of effort and care goes a long way. At least it was yummy and fairly quick this time, and gracious service with a smile by the cashier lady whose name I failed to get.
