- MMMcKenzie McClendon3 days ago1.0Definitely would not order from this location again, we ordered 1 medium pepperoni pizza, a cheese stick and a 2nd medium pepperoni pizza but add Alfredo sauce and Italian sausage and the pizza had NONE just the pepperoni and regular red sauce. Very disappointing especially whenever the ticket on the outside of the box had our order right, so it was simply the workers not caring enough to make it right 0/10

- MJMicifus JohnsonMay 8, 20261.0The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called very politely after my order was cancelled by door dash with zero notice after a solid hour of waiting. I wanted to confirm my order had been refunded. She answered with an attitude. I told her I had been waiting an hour and door dash cancelled my order with no notice. I expressed I wouldnt have ordered from the website if I knew they used door dash. She immediately snapped "OF COURSE we arent charging tou for an order Door Dash cancelled!" I had not given her any other information like my name or order number so I asked "Do you even know who this is?" And she sneered, "YEAH, I have caller ID!". How was I to know that? My name is different in their system. So A third party was sent to deliver my food without knowledge before paying. They miraculously couldn't make it here despite the fact my coworkers drove through the same areas returning from their lunch breaks. My order was cancelled with no call or text from either party. I didnt call asking for compensation or a free pizza. I called just to make sure I got my money back. The avalanche of unprofessionalism was disappointing. I completed a corporate survey and look forward to a response that hopefully states she will be retrained .
