    What really happens to McDonalds’ fast food was the #1 for years and only what it was before remains, now it only focuses on selling a food that does not even provide good service. But they eliminated the fun and what did the children will get to play. (This place in Perkins is worrying as the water goes down in a main electricity socket)

    I have been standing at the front counter 20 minutes waiting on my order to be taken. I do not want to use the touch menu because it is dirty. The lady is VERY rude and is making it a point to ignore all the ppl that has walked into the lobby. Just very rude.its a better way to talk to customers when they walk in. UPDATE. I got my food after 40 mins. I left and realize they gave me the wrong order. Now I’m back and several ppl in the lobby have bags with the wrong things inside. I asked for a refund. I’ll never be back.

    Ms. Yolanda and the gentleman that handed me my food had the best customer I've seen in a long time. The customer service they showed reminded me of when I was working for the company back when there were mystery shoppers. Thanks again to Ms. Yolanda and the you man handing my food to me!!!

    Placed an order on the mobile app to pick up in the drive thru. It took 5 minutes for a real person to even say anything at the voice box despite me saying “Hello?” several times. When someone did finally answer, they said “We’re only taking card orders at this time.” I said, “I already placed a mobile order.” Staff said, “Oh, what’s the name?” I proceeded to give my name and they asked me to pull to the next window. I pulled up to the first window only to see the worker blatantly scrolling on their phone. After about 30 seconds of that, she opened the window and handed me my receipt, saying “Thanks!” I pulled up to the second window to wait for the food and proceeded to do so for 25 MINUTES! No one came to the window at all during those 25 minutes. Mind you I was the only car in the drive thru for a majority of this time, the drive thru window was wide open with all kinds of alarms going off from the machines inside, and my order only contained 3 items: a large sprite, a large fry, and a spicy McChicken. After 25 minutes of waiting, same person from the first window who handed me my receipt walked by and said, “What was your order?” I gave my name again for the order. It turns out my Sprite had been sitting there on the counter the whole time, sweating with condensation so badly that she poured it out and refilled it with some fresh Sprite. Then I waited about another 2-3 minutes for them to collect the remaining two food items. Was handed a bag with fresh hot fries and the spicy chicken sandwich, yet no apology or acknowledgment regarding the long wait time was given whatsoever. What took them almost half an hour to get to this point I wonder? Total disregard for the customer or the customer’s time. I was shocked at how little they seemed to care about how much time they wasted leaving me waiting there for almost half an hour for 3 items, and no there being attempt to recover from that with an apology or even acknowledgment of the wait. Reading other reviews, this is not a rare occurrence with this location. Poor customer service, long wait times, and no acknowledgment or attempt to correct the issue will no doubt lead to the closure of this location. Management must be aware of this repeat issue of untimely and poor customer service at this location by now and are deliberately choosing to do nothing about it. Reflects poorly on the organization.

    Staff is overall pretty nice, but i can wait 20 minutes for orders while staff sits in the lobby. I understand lunch breaks and such, but there have been a couple of people just chillen. While fryer cleaner noises happen in the back and like 6 people are waiting for separate orders in the lobby. It's mcdonalds food tho and it tastes just like you would expect.
