  Horrible experience,I have it on video from the point of me trying to get a manager to get me my refund ,one of the female workers said “Juvie someone wants you at the front “on the video ,it was her .Ms Juvie did my order and she had a nasty attitude while doing it,as if she didn’t feel like being at work today,she didn’t give me a receipt,receipt machine isn’t working I waited over 20 minutes for food that never came .Im seeing people get orders before me that I came in before,also workers in the back were staring at me ,because obviously this Ms Juvie told the workers not to make my food .When someone finally came to give me my refund it wasn’t Ms Juvie that rung me up it was another manager,she couldn’t even face me after doing something so wicked ,I don’t know why she did that to me but fire Ms Juvie on the morning shift please.

  Work nearby, so forced to eat nearby & it doesn’t not matter what time I go or what I get, it’s ALWAYS done bad. For instance, I ordered a fudge sundae with extra fudge today & this is what they gave me. After I sent it back already once for not having extra fudge. It’s not full, there’s zero extra. The wait is ALWAYS super long & the service is horrible. Waste of money. Also, their fries are typically stale and barely salted. Horrible, horrible place. Waste of money. Keep driving.

  There was this one female employee she was just rude to the customer's two different guest stood near the counter waiting to be assisted Well after standing there over 6/8 minutes one guest says I need someone to take my order Well the employee yells out to the guest well use the kiosk I'm too busy to just stop what I'm doing to take your order the response was really loud and rude Customer says I don't know how to use that thing She/employee yells out ohh lord y'all need to learn new technology omg and walks away Not assisting the guest at all I end helping the guest but wait I'm just a customer myself thank God I knew how to work the thing I mean these people were still being polite due to their children were watching too see parents response guest handheld it very well until provoked by the loud rude cursing employee it was beyond me she called this man so many curse words in front of his children and threatened to put her hands on him. My God she needs to loose her job today
