  They almost always get at least 1 thing wrong on my order. This time they forgot my whole sandwich.

  Today's experience was not a good one. I ordered my food through the app as a curbside pickup. Waited about 20 minutes and never got my food. Go inside the employees are scrambling around there's other people waiting at the counter. Someone finally asked me what I need I tell him I had a mobile order I was waiting for that was supposed to be curbside and here it is my food has been sitting on the counter for God knows how long. My food was excessively cold I didn't even bother with complaining about it because I was in the middle of my lunch break but today definitely was not a good experience with this location. Update. Just left this location at 11:33 p.m. August 15th 2026 had a mobile order go to this location map clearly says they close at 2:00 a.m. not only did they not take my order they didn't do several other orders cars were at the drive through waiting for several minutes. Very unprofessional staff didn't respond to any customers just left us hanging I had to cancel my order in the app and now I have to wait to get a refund. At this point I will never patronize this location again. And I advise anyone that wants McDonald's to not come to this location at all very very unprofessional and I just made a bad review about this store only to have to update it because I got even worse service the second time around.

  Consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, only reason to come here is if you are curious how slow fast food can be. Completely incompetent staff that have no idea what’s going on, a manager asking its employees to help but they refused and are too busy sitting on their phone in the lobby. If I ever told my manager no I wouldn’t have a job after.
