  We booked a Forester’s Financial member engagement night through a Forester’s Moments grant. They provided a party room for us to provide instructions prior to the start of the event and for us to enjoy our refreshments midway between the event while meeting, engaging, and sharing grant ideas while offering assistance to members who want to write grants, but were not quite comfortable with writing and implementing their first grant. Council members present agreed to meet with them to get them started. The food was hot, tasty, and constantly replenished throughout our refreshment time. Drinks were unlimited. Our catering staff, Tim, and his team; Skyler, Taylor, and Orrin were amazing and were happy to provide our group with whatever we needed. We even celebrated a surprise birthday and that went on without a glitch. Thanks Team Catering!!!

  Great place! Main event's staff are so friendly, it was my first time so I wanted to get someone's opinion on the food and Destiny helped me decide what to get. I tried the ribs and chicken tenders, they were great. Very fun experience.

  Horrible customer service!! Floor supervisor/manager (middle aged black man with earrings) was beyond nasty. He was rude, incompetent, and lacked basic skills to work in a family customer service environment. When asked for help with bumpers not working on a lane for kids to play, he rudely stated it’s broken and walked off with no offer to provide any assistance. Then he proceeded to ignore us. When we checked with his superior (corporate manager), he was nice and kind and stated it could be manually put up. He sent the initial unprofessional supervisor back to our lane to manually fix the bumpers. Unfortunately, we had to experience more rude behavior in front of our kids from someone that simply didn’t want to perform the basic task of their job role. He didn’t even know how to manually bring the bumpers up and had to get another employee to assist. No one should have to experience such poor service when they are spending money and just trying to have a nice outing with their kids. This really negatively impacts families wanting to come to Main Event.

  Used to be a nice place....now I get raggity hood chuck e cheese vibes . The food is really good. Probably the only good thing going for this place. The service leaves way to much to be desired. We had several instances where my kids put credits into a game only for the game to not be functioning properly but for some reason they leave these games turned on so they can still takel your money. We told an employee that a game took our credits and didn't work. He said ok then walked away. Nothing was done about it. The customer service in the food area is also horrible. The shoes for bowling are so raggity and worn out. It's time for some new shoes main event. The busted games had us leaving completely unsatisfied with this place. It's bad enough the games are over priced. Not to mention the game card fee is $3 for the card and a $5 card fee. That's $8 just to get a card to load money on. If you put in $20 you only end up with $12 on the card after the fees. We come here for our kids birthdays every year ...but this time my kids said they don't want to come back anymore.

  The manager Nicole was the saving grace of Father’s Day. We spent 2 hours trying to bowl 4 frames. Got moved lanes twice. Neither lane worked, nobody was available to fix the lanes, so we just sat there waiting for help the entire time. After the second lane broke and they had nowhere else to put us we were told sorry oh well. And sorry again we don’t offer refunds on the weekend. Fortunately Nicole refunded us and gave my kids arcade cards to save the day. All of the lanes around us were malfunctioning, guests complaining left and right. Staff seemed to be doing the best they could but the bowling situation was garbage.
