- EMEric Michael4 days ago4.0Had a fun experience, Wish they have signs for games that aren’t working even after it seems fix. No tech people? lol. Game attendants were nice and helpful. Given a lot of rounds to play laser tag. After 8pm, Experience was ruined by rude people to younger staff.

Doing my walk thur, no employee approached me for anything?? This place is a lot bigger than I realize until you go in. WOW! Your whole demeanor changes. Lighten up. A different pleasant, relaxing world is how I feel. A great entertainment place for kids and grown ups together. Can't wait to come back with some family or friends for fun! Then we get out chicken nachos and the chips are stale, the queso isn't melted and the chicken was cold. We were going to play some games but its $3 just to purchase a card before even putting money on it to play. Not a great experience overall we just left.

For my son's party, we looked at the 29.99 all you can play deal and considered it to be better than a party rental. We went on an administrative day for school, and none of the attractions were open. The manager told us it was ludicrous to expect the attractions to be open on a weekday, despite the signs indicating they should be. We ended up spending 2x as much for a quarter of the fun (only bowling and arcade). Fast forward to my daughter's birthday, we decided to try again to use the advertised special. We decided to go on the weekend, and verified the special was good for Sunday. Made plans with all her friends, took a look at the website right before the designated meeting time and the venue was rented out. I don't know when it was rented, but the notice that it would be unavailable was not there on the Friday before. Main Event has caused so much stress added on to the already stressful party planning for our young children. They did not get the birthday with friends that they deserved.
- JOjason OlsenApr 26, 20262.0Very let down went here with a couple of freinds on a saterday night tried to grab food and it took 45 minutes to get a table then 20 mines to order a drink then another 20 minutes to get the drinks so wr all gave up on trying to get food. The thing that bothered me the most was half the games were either broken or had damage that made them non funcitial. Alot of the ball games had most of the small balls stolen and not replaced the guitar hero had two broken controllers so many games just were out of service. To put this experience in a short review I'd say I was very let down and would say explore other options as it is very pricey for the experience you get.
