So instead we went and played in the arcade, MULTIPLE games were broken , what a waste of money, at least more than 5 games were broken. Then we went to get a water so we stood in line and everyone seen us standing there all of the workers just walking right past, so then we go to the bar and get ignored! Oh wait it gets better , then the lady comes up to take our order and one of the workers came up with a draft beer drinking on his shift instead of paying attention to the customers and taking orders like he should have been doing. Main event has been good in the past but it’s ran down now and the service isn’t the greatest as you can see. Do better.

There was plenty staff on duty, mind you they closed at midnight! Called the next day asked to speak to manager, during conversation it was stated all activities are open until closing time. WHICH WAS A LIE!! NEVER AGAIN... A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! And we spent like $400 if not more for the group of 4... seriously a rip off/scam!! Would not recommend 😕

I hosted my daughter's birthday party here on 08/02, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. All of the food was served cold, the customer service was mediocre at best, and the facility could definitely use a deep cleaning. The event also felt very unorganized, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a fun celebration. Another issue was the pricing. Be aware that the price advertised online when booking is not the final amount you'll pay. By the time everything was added, there were several unexpected service fees that significantly increased the total cost. Overall, I did not feel that the experience matched the price, and I would not recommend Main Event for a birthday party.
