- WRWade Richard1 day ago1.0Been a while since I been to KK. Did you know they don’t open til 6am? I always thought you could always get doughnuts 24/7. So I waited until 6, went in and ordered their marquis product… the classic Dozen Glazed. Well guess what… the worker told me… “we don’t have fresh ones, they usually don’t come out until 7, but we have some from last night”. Now why wouldn’t a doughnut shop have fresh doughnuts as soon as they open? Guess I won’t be eating KK doughnuts anymore. Google won’t let me remove the one star. Well, I’ll let there be one star because of the new building. But I will say it is not as good as the original, nostalgic, diner style as back in the day. I will miss you, Krispy Kreme.

Lately, they've repeatedly told customers they're out of doughnut glaze, which is frustrating. To make matters worse, this location is in a terrible part of town. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The guy took my payment and then I watched for my ready order for another 10 minutes. Said thank you and was ignored. Better donuts with better customer service in town.

It always seems they are loading the racks to ship out to retail stores in the area. So, none of the regular favorites are available. The sad attitudes of workers just tips this whole experience over the edge. Management needs to make the changes instead of just giving away free donuts from bad reviews.
