  I suggest Krispy Kreme completely shut down this location or get complete new management. I have been to this location at least 5 times in the last 2 months either for myself or someone else and it’s always an issue. Either they don’t have anything on the menu including regular glazed donuts, someone new random instated policy or someone has a weird attitude. The poorest ran donut shop in the city

  Doughnuts are good of course but the service is terrible I guess they serve you by the color of your skin even if you ordered before everybody else

  How this business run out of donuts at 7pm an there actually made there 😳 an dont close til 10pm so for 3 hours they just sitting there on ther phone telling people we out of donuts all night...80%of whats on the menu they dont have for example.. just take the cinnamon rolls off the menu completely they never make them

  The workers are insanely rude. The doughnuts themselves were good, but the service and atmosphere were awful. If this wasn’t the only one in Baton Rouge, I would genuinely never go back because that service was so bad. Rather, I would make my own doughnuts at home if I was going to get an attitude, and one of the workers quite literally pulled me aside before I even got inside the establishment and genuinely made me so uncomfortable. It was the worst experience of my life.

  any time i ever go here, i’ve learned to just expect there to be an issue. once was told by the manager after they had just opened their doors that they didnt have any donuts ready, they dont start making them until 7:30 lol. could buy the ones that were sitting there already but she was honest they were from the day before so .. no lol. THEN went in and was getting two dozens, another customer gave me a BOGO free coupon so i wanted to use it. cashier girl had an attitude about it and said i shouldve been said that as if it changed anything but the price? i was gonna get the same donuts regardless. so rude for no reason. ANOTHER time we went later at night and again they had no supply of any donuts other than glaze. then they be all like “ i mean…” like it should be a duh moment. YALL work there not us lol how we supposed to know what yall have and when yall have it??? any time you go guarantee they will be out of something. just came from there at 1pm on a sunday, “all we have is glazed, three chocolate sprinkle, 2 strabwerry sprinkle”. okay so yall just dont plan to make more? youre a DONUT SHOP and nothing said out of stock so yall just too lazy to make it is what its giving. management sucks, franchise owner i know you see all these poor reviews. dont let them run your business to the ground baby.
