  I had a great experience at Jimmy John's tonight! Even though it was late and I went through the drive-thru, the service was outstanding. The employee who helped me was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. My food was fresh, made quickly, and tasted great. It's always nice to be treated with kindness, especially late at night. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I'll definitely be back!

  Great, swift service as any Jimmy John’s location and especially convenient with the drive thru. Inside offers plenty of seating. Food is good as expected

  I was VERY disappointed with my purchase today. This was supposed to be the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was more like a grilled cheese with vegetables. The bacon was burnt and the tomatoes were literally yellow. Smh wasted $44.
