  AWFUL SERVICE. Very inconsiderate of a persons time. Waited 20 minutes for my order and people after me got their food before me. After I saw this I asked where is my food, as soon as I came in I told the woman with the pony tail my order name for pickup. She said it wasnt ready. I waited. 20 minutes later I asked again , they gave me cold food that has been sitting behind the register. No one offered to remake it. No apologies. Very rude, and very embarrassing to have to go through this. This happened about 10 minutes ago. And I would love to launch a complaint on the woman for her dismissive; rude and distasteful behavior towards me.

  Ordered twice. I got a sandwich with Jimmy peppers and modifications. Both times, they don’t care what you ordered, they will just give you a generic sandwich they want to make. It’s the only JJ location where they really don’t give a crap about what you ordered, you’ll get what they feel like giving you. I have been to many JJ locations, this is the only one where the employees just don’t care. At all. 100% miss rate. That’s an exceptional level of incompetence I have yet to experience elsewhere.

  Consistently delicious. Fresh ingredients. And they aren't kidding about making it fast. I have downloaded the app and like to order when I'm on my way. Once I get there, I grab my bag off of the designated shelf, fill my drink, and go. Quick, easy, and yummy. Oh, and I always add an oatmeal raisin cookie!
