Flemings is and has always been a fine dining experience. I had the calamari (its my favorite) as an appetizer, its so flavorful. My only disappointment is that they discontinued the tomahawk porkchop.

On May 5th, my boyfriend, some friends, and I went to Fleming’s & the food was subpar. We paid over $200 (split the check, it was like $450) for poorly cooked/seasoned steak, super salty lava cake, and SLOW service. Our waiter was so nice and he told us that they were understaffed. We didn’t want to say anything as it was already past closing, but it just was not worth it at all.

I had the dry aged ribeye, expecting greatest for an $83 steak. Ordered mid-rare and it was overcooked and tough. Didn’t give me the impression that it was a prime cut or dry aged. Flavor, none…it was a very bland. Extremely disappointing being that I’ve heard so many great things about this place. Doubtful I would return as I can definitely get a better steak elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Fleming's for our wedding anniversary. I've heard great things about this place so I made a reservation. We went on a Sunday night. The place was nearly empty. It was nice to feel like we had the place to ourselves. The hostess knew it was our anniversary and placed a plaque on our table and gave me a rose which I thought was so sweet. Our server was great. I forgot her name but she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the bread and duo of butters - one with brie and champagne. The other was a red onion Cabernet. We passed on an appetizer so we went straight into our main course. My husband had a dry aged ribeye and I got the petite filet. For the sides we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts. The Mac and cheese was DELICIOUS! The brussel sprouts could've been cooked more but the bacon and vinaigrette gave it a really nice balanced flavor. Our steaks were seasoned to perfection and cooked perfect to a mid rare/medium. So juicy and flavorful. Best steaks we've ever had, anywhere. For dessert we went with a classic, creme brulee. I've had many so I know what to expect. A nice chilled, firm custard with a crispy, torched sugar topping. Instead of that we got a runny brulee. It was warm and it looked like the custard was broken. Kind of a disappointing way to end the meal. Despite that we will definitely be back.

We came here for Valentine's Day, and our experience was TERRIBLE! My steak came out too pink (blood was coming out as I cut into it), and our server handled the situation so poorly, but the manager wasn't the best either! Both of them were dismissive and can take a class on conflict resolution and customer service skills. They ended up bringing us fresh sides while they made a new steak, & my steak was on the house. My food may have been poisoned after I complained because I had an upset stomach afterwards, but my partner did not. I understand that Valentine's Day can be a busy holiday, which can be frustrating for the staff, but there's a way that you should treat customers, especially those that are paying a lot of money for fine dining. I won't be returning.
