  Milkshakes are similar to McDonald's but cost more. Definitely not worth buying. Hamburgers are OK. Overall, kinda pricey for what they offer

  It takes a lot for me to stop and take the time go and leave a negative review, mainly because I have become extremely numb to the items I am about to speak of. I have a high level of disdain when either one, or both, of these things are so bad that I have to leave a review. So when I do leave a review, I am very wordy and specific. Those items are Quality of Service and Quality of Product! In the case of this review, I cannot leave any feedback on the Quality of Service, because I placed the order MYSELF on the kiosk. The only employee interaction had, was the lady who handed me the bag of crap in this review! That interaction was fine, she seemed nice and polite but I guess she could've quality controlled it. Also, the place was not busy. This was a Sunday evening and there were only two couples dining in, and a handful of delivery driver orders coming through. The food, more specifically the burger (the fries were fine, as its hard to mess those up), was hands down, the WORST burger I have ever gotten from a Five Guys, in my entire life. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with regular fixings (lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, pickles) and added sautéed mushrooms. While I couldn't directly watch the person make the burger (as it was hidden on the back table) I was not expecting this ridiculous specimen to be in the bag when I got home and unwrapped it. ACTUALLY, I didn't really have much to unwrap because the foil wrap was already half off it. I opened the wrapper all the way up and immediately I knew this was going to be sh*t. The top level of the bun was at about a 45* angle from the bottom ( picture it as if it were stacked ingredients that had oozed to one side). Nothing was stacked in any kind of reasonable fashion on the burger. It was literally a pile of ingredients that a chimpanzee could assemble more correctly. Bun, soggy and soaked. Lettuce (what little was actually on the burger as most was strewn upon the wrapper) was disgustingly rotten, brown and soggy. The tomato and pickles were fine, albeit they had managed to escape most of the burger as well. Even the two patties, were overcooked, partially charred, and not stacked together properly. The cheese between the patties, was the only thing holding the whole operation together. It had managed to partially escape so out of the one standard square, only about 50% or less was ACTUALLY in the burger. Moving along to the bacon. One of the worst ingredients in this entire dumpster fire. It was completely charred as if burned by the devil himself. Tasted like I was eating the grizzle off the grill. The mushrooms were present and at least edible. I took pictures of some of this. I rebuilt this mess and bit into it. It was what you would expect from the description above. Tasted like something that had sat under a heat lamp for hours (without the heat as it was only lukewarm and I know they do not use heat lamps). What exacerbated the issue is that I was originally going to order this on DoorDash or Uber Eats but at nearly $40 for the meal (don't get me started on all the Ticketmaster type fees they charge for this crap), I opted to drive there (15min each way) and get it in person. The meal was still $24 (for a burger, fries and a drink), which is pretty gnarly for a well packaged unit, but what I got was absolutely absurd! I also DO NOT CARE for all these kiosks asking for "preemptive tipping". A TIP is supposed to be an extra show of gratification for a well done job. This nonsense of asking for a tip before any work is ever done, is completely ludicrous. With that said, 90% of the time, I STILL add a tip, but tonight something compelled me not too. The whole, "you get paid $12/hr to make a burger" mentality hit me. You are not waiting on me, taking my order, or cleaning up after me. No motivation to leave a tip. And I am glad I didn't because I would have spent even more on this cow dung burger I received. I hold Five Guys in high regard for better quality. This one completely MISSED the that mark!

  Rating: 1/5 ⭐ Terrible service and a complete waste of money! I had a awful experience at Five Guys. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. On top of that, the food was terrible—the burger was completely squished, and the fries were soaking wet in oil at the bottom of the bag. For what they charge, the bad attitude and poor quality are totally unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else!

  If you like good burgers and don't mind paying a little more than normal this is definitely a place to come to. Service is pretty straight and the inside is usually pretty clean.
