But that's expected, no place is perfect. Staff is friendly. They aren't very attentive. Sometimes I wait a few minutes before being greeted. My issue is with wait time. The app tells you that you're order is ready but you go in and still have to wait. I come here for my lunch break so I'm on limited time. There's been times before that I waited so long that I had to cancel my order. Today I waited 20 minutes after my order was placed. They were slow. It was a Sunday at 5pm.

I tried calling the restaurant to report the issue and spoke with an employee who was quite rude and incompetent. I then requested a supervisor. I could hear the supervisor who was on duty, who was a woman, in background who refused to get on phone and told the employee with the horrible attitude that I had to contact DoorDash even though it was their fault I didn't receive it. They were not apologetic whatsoever and took no responsibility for this mistake. Horrible business, with incompetent employees and very poor attitudes. Will never order from these circus of clowns again!!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
