- EHElla HodginAug 28, 20261.0My friend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and she not only had to wait 40 minutes to get her food, they then claimed that they had not gotten her order. We had to ask one of the workers about it and her response was to roll her eyes and turn her back to us. One of the managers overheard us and instead of make g the actual sandwich she gave us some other students food instead. My friend described the food as “edible” and it was cold. The only thing they had going for them was that the place wasn’t dirty.

- MYMadalyn YoussefAug 26, 20261.0The chai tea latte I ordered tasted like straight black coffee with cream..which if you’ve had chai would know it’s nothing like black coffee with cream. I asked for a remake to which it was said “this is a chai latte”, but she still offered to make me another one, it tasted completely different the second time coming around, but it still wasn’t chai. I also noticed that I ordered a large but received a medium, after I asked for the large I ordered, I received another medium. Now for the food. They proceeded to give out multiple wrong orders to many people. They do not confirm with people on what they ordered and just say names. (Anyone can just walk up say that’s them and take it) because of this they messed up multiple orders which contributed to the 30+ wait time for food.
