This place is so unprofessional and lazy. The food is always poorly made. Either cold or old and reheated on oven, atleast put it in a microwave instead because it’s just hard atp. Even received orders of pastas with no top old and hard. How UNSANITARY and gross. Then they’ve actually fixed it before so I assume the manager was there watching over lol. Also if this location doesn’t want to take anymore orders for the day then CLOSE THE ORDERING? Will let you place an order act like it’s almost finished in the tracker and cancel it at the last second like what’s the point? Either close down the ordering or cancel it immediately. Then people will know not to order and go elsewhere. IThat has to be the most laziest unprofessional thing you can ever do. To a point where I don’t even want it fixed or complain bc I’ll never order from here again and this is my last interaction lol. How does that even help with revenue when this is the work ethic. You spend upwards to $50 everytime and it’s a complete waste of money and should be fraud at this point tbh smh . Just close this location down, do not recommend at all. They’ll be happy if you don’t come anyways lol. So works out for everyone!
