Decided to give it another shot asked for extra rice bc I wanted my bowl to not be half empty got home and my whole entire bowl basically had nothing in there. High disappointed because the price I am paying for my bowl it should at least not have 1/4 of rice and just a pinch of everything else.

They messed up a big order infront of my order had thrown away at least ten orders and made everyone wait until they remade the big order again. My question is was there for 35 mins and never once seen a manager or anyone trying to fix the problem!!!!!! Just blaming it on the big order instead of the human that can’t properly read or expedite properly!!!!!!

The guy asks me what im getting and starts with mixing up my order with the guy in front of me. Gets my first ingredient wrong and dumps it back into the food bins, gets almost every ingredient wrong after that and I have to keep correcting him. By the time I get through making my plate the guy leans over to his female coworker and says "Man I'm about to quit this job" so I said you should you suck at the whole listening thing" he looks at me and walks off. The female workers look annoyed at him. Foods good but that guy definitely shouldn't be there

My bowl was grossly put together everything cold and stale. I only had 5 pieces of chicken on my bowl with a bowl full of other toppings. The chips were heavily salted, stale, had pieces of cotton on the chips. Had to stop by Sam's to purchase a bag of Tostitos to go with my bowl because the chips were so stale. The store food area looked like a tornado 🌪 hit it. I will never patronize this particular Chipotle again. I'm disappointed i drove over 30 minutes to get the food.
