Literally everywhere was a mess at the drink station there wasn’t even clean lids or straws and had to wait 15min for them and was greeted by attitude by some young boy, dishes were PILED up for everyone to see and there was piles of chips in full pans just sitting in the to go area?? I’m surprised no one had called the health department on these ppl. Safe to say I won’t be back to this dirty, unethical location

Not a burrito professional but it’s disappointing and sad to wait this long for a burrito when there’s no line. To add: I can see my bag of food sitting on a table behind the counter and nobody there. It’s just getting all soggy and sad. Just like me sitting in chipotle waiting for something that’s never gonna happen (my food getting to me) just soggy and sad 😔 Update: my burrito was cold and incredibly soggy. I’m sad, my burrito is soggy. I expect retribution.

I sat in line for 20 minutes only to pull up to the window and the girl is on her phone while we waited 20 minutes for fast food. This location had gone down hill tremendously after opening just less than 6 months. And they gave me no napkins or silverware to eat my food! How can you make someone wait 20 minutes and not even have everything ready to go? Blows my mind

Not an order in sight! There are 15 people waiting in line by the pick up, and 20 by the main order area! I tried getting the workers attention, but they simply ignored me. The workspace was a MESS!! Food slug everywhere and they were just talking amongst themselves like they didn’t have orders to fulfill. If you are in a time crunch DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! It’s 9:58 and I still havnt received my order.
