While we waited in the extremely long line, the lady who I presume is the manager came outside and rudely yelled at the drive thru employees that breakfast was over and we weren’t able to get our order. The drive thru employees were visibly irritated with how she spoke to them and I was upset that I sat in the line for so long and was unable to get my breakfast order because THEY took forever to get people out of the line. This is ridiculous and then I had to wait in the long line after they cancelled my order because there’s no way to get out. I was sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes.

It was not until 6:40 PM that I reached the pickup window, only to receive cold food. Additionally, all condiments were placed directly on top of my fries. I requested that the food be remade, and was instructed to pull into a parking space and it would be about 7 minutes, which resulted in an additional fifteen minutes before I had to walk inside to inquire about my order. I had to ask twice before receiving my food from an employee who stated he was the manager on duty. I received no apology whatsoever. I informed the said manager of my dissatisfaction and my intention to leave a review; his response was simply, "okay.
