  Today was my first time trying cava and Matthew was absolutely fantastic. He made me one of his favorite personal bowls. His customer service was excellent and very personable!!! 10/10 would recommend coming to this location and asking for Matthew!!!

  I've been to other CAVA locations and love the food. This location is special because Matthew treated my family so well. My adult daughter had never been to CAVA and was looking at the menu trying to figure out what she wanted and Matthew said he would make her a free bowl. If she didn't like it he would make her a new bowl but even if she did like it it was free. He asked if she had any allergies and then made her a custom bowl that she loved. The rest of the bowls made by other employees were also really good. All the veggies were really fresh and the proteins looked like they had not been sitting for too long. The counter and lobby were clean. Later, as we were eating in the restaurant, we saw Matthew take extra care of another customer who looked like he needed some help. I don't live in Baton Rouge but if I did I would be a regular at this location. Thank you, Matthew and Highland CAVA.

  Matthew mannn! Thank you for your suggestions with the salmon! It was really good. Didn’t think the strawberry sauce would be good with it, but it was BUSSIN! 100000/10 recommended! Ask for Matthew he’s great!

  I love the Harissa Avocado Bowl. The chicken is well seasoned, the veggies are fresh, the red pepper hummus is delicious, and the spicy sauce is great. The staff is always kind and welcoming. On my most recent visit, I was treated to a free meal by the staff at Cava. I was very appreciative of the kind gesture. I highly recommend this location.

  Don't go after 10pm the hours say they are open after 10 but they refuse to serve you so don't go. Had to go to Taco Bell and try to explain to my pregnant wife that her cravings for cava would have to be satisfied with a crunch wrap from Taco Bell because the employees close half an hour before they close.
