  My family frequent the Bluebonnet location often...This was our first time visiting Baton Rouges Cooperate location , and we will not return. They were out of chicken, pita bread, and pita chips and the quinoa was so hard, we couldn't even eat it...and other things....And there were only about 4 employees and they were so slow. And the lamb meatballs were nearly ice cold...very unhappy

  Just stopped in for an early dinner and the service was 10 out of 10, the food was fresh and hot, the store was clean and inviting. I love, but this location has to be my favorite. Shout out to Normonie and Liz for all their help and great recommendations.

  Been coming here for a while the only thing I’m no seeing improve is the young lady with the glasses attitude. She carries herself with an inflated sense of authority, often presenting as though she’s above the team or organizational structure. Good luck to you all as it looks like she’s been promoted.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA, and a huge part of that was because of LeeAnn and Kenny!! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about the customers’ experience. It’s rare these days to come across someone with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and it absolutely deserves recognition. The food was great, but the customer service is what will keep me coming back. CAVA is lucky to have someone like them representing their team!

  When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm welcome and a beautiful smile, Diamond, then asked me what i’d like to start with! I proceeded with a bowl. She filled my bowl with full scoops of chicken veggies and and toppings! Then Normonie finished me off with my favorite vinaigrette! She was very sweet and even complimented my hair! They both made me feel so welcomed and seen. Special shoutout to the grill masters Nate and Chris my bowl was absolutely delicious with the harrisa chicken seasoned to perfection and had that kick like I love.Im Cava Crazy snd this is my favorite store!
