  Very clean and calm atmosphere workers are very knowledgeable with the food menu. I would like to shout out Destiny she made sure my order was correct gave me great suggestions for my meal held a conversation with me as she was fixing my food she definitely made my day better thanks Destiny I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK CAVA FOR THE WIN

  OMG this place is AMAZING! The food was excellent!!! The service was great, the food is always delicious. Shelton/Sheldon? was very helpful and Kenny is one of a kind. Thoughtful, considerate and helpful in every way. I will be back.

  Yesterday I visited CAVA’s location on Corporate and had such a great experience! Normonie was absolutely the sweetest and provided superior customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and even reminded me that I had a birthday reward available, which allowed me to take advantage of the points I had already earned toward my meal. The positive atmosphere didn’t stop there. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming, from the cooks in the back to the team members serving the line. You could genuinely feel the positive energy throughout the restaurant. CAVA definitely has a returning customer.

  First, I would like to start of by saying....when I leave this review it comes from my heart and the truth. I really love this location for soooo many reasons. The staff is phenomenal. I will start off with Michelle. She is the sweetest and most concern about her customer needs and take pride in making everyone satisfied and happy. She's kind, hard worker and treat me with a warm hug and smile every time an always positive when she is going through her own life. She's always helping her staff with getting the fresh products out. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers and her Customer Service to me is OUTSTANDING AND AWESOME. I love her...Normonie is an AWESOME person who also treats her customers with a smile greeting them and making sure each is satisfy. She has a sweet personality. First impression always to me is a lasting one for me which brings me to Liz..She is the sweetest also. Her warmth of helping me with my cava app, my ordering and her patience left an everlasting Customer Service example that will I will never forget. She's kind and sweet. Each of these Ladies is the reason I love coming to this location. I am Never disappointed. This location is clean, fresh food and what I love about them whatever you ask of them they serve you with love, satisfaction and make sure you walk out the door one happy Customer. They keep it so clean and fresh. I love to walk in the door seeing them. I always know I will be treated with love, professional, respectful and kindness. I dont have the urge to go to no other locations but this one when I want my food done right. AN OUTSTANDING STAFF AND I APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERYONE WHO WORK HERE.❤️

  Huge shoutout to Liz at the Corporate Blvd CAVA in Baton Rouge! Navigating menus with a child who has immune complications and gluten allergies can be stressful, but Liz walked me through every single ingredient and explained their food safety protocols with so much care. Thanks to Liz and the awesome team, we were able to get safe, delicious food and kick off the LSU football season worry-free. Small acts of kindness like this mean the world to families like ours. Geaux Tigers and thank you, CAVA!
