    Went here to watch the LSU game and was seated and ordered right at kickoff. By half time we still had not gotten our food. Our server was trying to avoid us and not make eye contact but when I got her attention to ask about my food she said it was a longer than usual wait but I didn’t have no understand because others who came in after us was getting their food quick. I don’t even think she put our order in. We ended leaving after sitting for 2.5 hours and went to canes across the street Becky now we were starving. It’s always like this when I visit this location

    This post is a week overdue. However, I can’t stop thinking of the horrible service at this location. For starters, I ordered online and was notified that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time. When I arrived there was no one at the take-out counter. There was a couple also waiting when I arrived. I waited and watched for what seemed like forever, as employees were observed walking around in what was a largely empty establishment. I even stopped one employee and inquired if someone was servicing the take-out counter. Several more minutes passed until finally, a young lady walked up holding a bag, which contained the order of the couple who was waiting when I arrived. She handed them their order and turned to me and asked if I was picking up or taking out. I told her I was picking up and gave her my name. She walked behind the take-out counter and handed me my order which had apparently been sitting and getting cold, all while she hung out at the kitchen, waiting for what was later discovered as the order for the couple who was waiting when I arrived. I was super annoyed. A take-out counter should not be abandoned for such a long period, especially when others food orders are left unattended. And to make matters worse, she didn’t even apologize for leaving the take-out counter unattended for so long. She just passed my order and walked away. Mind you, this location was not busy, at all. The service here is horrible. And the wait times are far too long for no reason. And just to reiterate, my food was absolutely cold. NEVER AGAIN!

    This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and it’s not close. First we waited over an hour for our food. When we got our food one plate was missing food, one plate was cold, and one was missing a drink which we didn’t receive until 5 minutes before we got our check. The manager dropped off the remade food and didn’t take any time to check on us and the service we have been provided tonight, she quickly ran away before I had a chance to speak with her. After I paid for the table I asked for a manager and she called me crazy for not asking for a manager before paying and called me crazy again because I failed to identify her polo t shirt?? The manager then went on and complained saying that everyone was coming out of nowhere when over half the restaurant was empty. I understand not asking before paying is kinda weird but I wasn’t expecting that response from a manager. The waiter was no better. Not once did she offer refills nor offered a to go box at the end of the night. She just seemed to have an attitude the entire night and constantly just dropped stuff at the table and ran away before we had the chance to even ask for anything. I honestly would rather drive 30 minutes to a different location than return to this one. I do not recommend this location at all.

    We're on vacation and my family decided to go hang out and have some drinks and watch the Cowboys game. Our waiter was good but he had NO help. No help from bartender. The bartender took forever to get our drinks, we ordered beer. Shouldn't take that long. Our waiter was so busy it wasn't his fault. He also got into a shouting match with this other guy over cleaning tables that were dirty. Shouldn't of happened. Bartender was too busy talking to people and doing her own thing. The wait staff was rude. The girl.pickinh up dishes was pissed and throwing dishes around when picking up. Ridiculous. I'm never coming back but your business will go down quickly. Get people that want to work cuz the ones you have don't want to. Except our waiter he was awesome.
