- LLLorenzaMay 5, 20261.0I used my Albertsons for U account and ordered, two days ago, two items to be picked up at the Perkins Road store, which I have been using for the past 18 years, at 10 AM today the designated time and day. Since I do not have a cell phone, I had used my computer and landline to place my order. I went to the store at the appropriate time and the clerk asked for my name and said that the order had not been received. I asked her to check using my phone number. She said she was unable to do that and in addition that she "had no time for this" and left in a huff. (I had thought that that was her job.) I returned home to resubmit the order and afterwards called the store to make sure that the order had gone through. The store verified my account and now I am waiting for the results of my inquiry. The store has not returned my call, and I have a previous appointment to be at.

If their job was done instead of gathering in the front of the store conversing then the tags would have been down. Do better or honor the cost!

I got three apples and three oranges and the scale in the produce section said a little over two pounds. The check out section scale said 5.8 something pound. Please fix because people are getting ripped off. One of them is wrong and I belive it is your checkout scale
