  This review is for Kim in the bakery department. I hope her boss sees this and the owner of this location as she was my saving grace today! I stopped in the store last minute this morning to grab a cookie cake for a birthday party. I did not see any out on the floor so I asked the sweet lady behind the bakery counter if they had any out. She said no, but she could make one for me real quick. Not only did she make one for me, she customized it to what I wanted. She asked what color icing, what color sprinkles, etc all with a smile on her face. She could’ve just told me no they don’t have any cookie cakes and went on with her day. Instead she took the time to help me and get me what I needed. She did not ask but for her kindness I told her I would leave a review for her to acknowledge her willingness to help me. Thank you Kim! You saved the day!

  Love Albertsons, especially when they run sale items and the Pharmacy is great and a friendly staff. Its not at all like other Pharmacies with a stuffy staff and treat you like cattle or just another one in a bunch. Thank you Albertsons Pharmacies, etc..

  As a long time patron of Albertsons I just had the worst experience ever! Yesterday 6/11/26, I placed an order through the Albertsons app for grocery delivery. The total minus tip was $221. I wasn't home at the time but my adult daughter was, so I had the order to be handed off. Long story short my order was dropped off to another apartment, even after leaving specific directions to find my place. I reached out to Customer Service and they offered a redelivery for 8am. Fine. Later that night I called CS again just to confirm the redelivery, and the first request was never even submitted so there was another request placed this time for 10am. So 10am came, no delivery. At this point I called The store and asked to speak to the manager, and there was a man that I spoke with. I didn't get his name. I explained the situation to him. He got my telephone number and said that he would check into it and call me back, never did. Two hours later, I called the store again and again asked to speak to the store manager, and this time I spoke with a woman and explained the situation again to her. She got my telephone number and surely after a supervisor called me back to say that DoorDash and Uber Eats handles the deliveries and that I would need to reach out to Uber Eats since that's who delivered my order unfortunately that was of no help because Uber Eats explained that they simply service the vendor so I would have to reach out to Albertsons. At this point, I was so frustrated because I'm being given the runaround! So I called customer support one more time and requested a refund and they said that the refund request would take 5 to 7 business days. Not long after, I then received an email from customer support saying that my refund request was denied and no reason was given-so now I am out of $221 and I still don't have the groceries that I paid for! At this point I will no longer spend my money with Albertsons if this is how they treat their customers! UPDATE: As of 7/18/2026, there still has been no resolution even after multiple calls with Customer Support, the last agent I spoke with on 7/14/2026 let me know that this would be escalated, only to later receive another email saying that my request was DENIED, and that the denial is coming from the store itself. So after more than a MONTH, NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND, and NO SORT OF RESOLUTION!!
