Iced drinks literally taste like nothing, we got a caramel apple pie macchiato and it tasted like nothing except weak bitter iced coffee, no apple flavor or caramel what so ever, there was green stuff in bottom we assumed was the apple flavor but tasted nothing of apples. Also while in drive through the music was so obnoxiously loud I couldn't even keep my window rolled down it was literally piercing my ear drums. Was also brought the wrong drink twice they seemed to have many orders mixed up on what cars they went to. After getting ours we has to wait at least 5 minutes as the person in front of us still had not got theirs and had to wait for them to get theirs to let us out.
