  This place refused to make the correct drink that I wanted. And didn’t get the order right at all said I had one drink and I clearly had two will not be getting my service

  The last 3 times ive gone to mcdonalds, i get a 20 piece nugget. Everytime I only have 19 nuggets.

  The McDonald’s here in Bastrop has to be the worst one I’ve ever experienced. The lobby doors are always locked, so you’re forced to go through the drive-thru. When you get your order, everything is just thrown into one bag so you can’t even check to make sure it’s all there. Most of the time the fries are cold and the order still isn’t right. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The workers come off rude and disrespectful, which just makes the whole experience worse.

  Didn’t have the frappe that I ordered!! When asked for substitute didn’t have any iced coffee!! Didn’t give refund! There is a way for them to put online that it’s out, but they didn’t do that?
