- RWRhonda WhiteApr 24, 20261.0The new employees need to be FIRED! They close at 9pm but lock their doors at 8pm and tell people they are closed. It is always the shorter girl with braids. She said “they are supposed to be gone at 9:30pm and they don’t get paid after that.” That is an issue you take up with your employers. You do not refuse service to customers because your lack of preparation and critical thinking skills. If you cannot efficiently do your jobs, then find new employment. Will definitely report this location!

Ordered a cake and when I arrive at my designated pickup time I was told they did not have my cake. The worker called the manager who stated my cake was not made b/c she was out the day before. No one bothered to call me to let me know so other arrangements could have been made. The place was filthy (guess it was blessing in disguise) & the workers here are lazy and unprofessional. I will not be going back.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
