  No Stars!! Thursday, July 23, around 11:00 PM The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even let me finish talking. The situation could have been handled so simply. I completely understand that it was late, that orders had to be placed online, and that everyone wanted to go home. I had just gotten off work myself—I’m a server too. But that doesn’t excuse having an attitude toward customers. She acted like I was inconveniencing her, interrupted me, and even tried to hang up on me. Thankfully, I hung up before she could. If her attitude was that bad, I can only imagine how rushed my order would have been. People’s work ethic has really gone downhill, and employees like this make your business look bad. If this is how customers are treated, it’s disappointing. And to top it off, she had the nerve to act like I was the problem when I was simply trying to place an order. Thank ya

  My experience was turned completely around today everyone was so nice and the food was on point shout out to Mr.Darrius for making it right now that was a great wingstop experience today!!!

  Rude workers, food is consistently cold and barely gave me fries. No ice. $15 a meal for literal bs. Lazy is an understatement for this establishment.

  If I could give the zero stars, I would. Even though they had just gotten a truck the same day I went. They were out of a lot of items. I had ordered online some boneless chicken, wings, and a chicken strip meal. When I got the notification that my order was ready, I went inside to pick it up. They told me that they were working on it and it wasn’t ready yet. I said OK no problem and waited. As time went by I kept checking on it and they kept telling me the order was not ready and they were working on it. Close to an hour goes by of waiting, and a girl comes out from the kitchen and says since they were out of chicken strips, she canceled the entire order. They told me they did not have a receipt for me, but since they canceled the order, I would get a refund. I waited a week and still have not gotten a refund on it. A couple of hours later I left a review for the company to contact me and I still have not heard from them. All of this happened on June 2nd. I reached out to customer service again today to see if I can get on the phone with somebody since there are no phone numbers online for customer service for this company.
