  No service, staff standing outside doing nothing, cars not waited on, didn't respond at drive thru to take orders. Left without ordering.

  Online order for 1 sandwich and it came out wrong, got a new one but it was gross. Same wrapper and old one had pickles, I hate pickles 😒

  placed my order while two minutes from the place and when i picked up it up my burger was completely cold and had none of the modifications i asked for done to it . honestly think they had extra sitting overtime and just threw it in the bag. absolutely horrible

  This Sonic is consistently SO slow. Tonight, my DoorDash driver arrived at the restaurant within minutes, but then had to sit there for about 20 minutes waiting for my order to be ready. We went from an estimated early delivery to barely being on time simply because of the wait at the restaurant. And this isn't a one-time issue. I've dashed before myself, and this location is regularly extremely slow with pickup orders. It's frustrating for customers, but it's also unfair to delivery drivers who are stuck sitting there for 20+ minutes when they could be completing other orders and earning money. My Dasher did everything right and arrived promptly. The delay was entirely at the restaurant. This location seriously needs to address its wait times.

  The machines outside in front of the building weren't working but someone came outside to help us & take our order. The guy was really friendly
