  Can never ever get an order correct Then they want to argue that you didn’t order it correctly Example ordered a cheeseburger add mustard to it It showed on the order screen When I got the order there was no mustard or ketchup on the burger When I asked about it they said I didn’t order with mustard when the screen had showed it Had to argue with them to get them to fix it

  Waited 20 mins for two fountains drinks. Ordered screen said on the way and eventually disappeared from the screen. Has to push red button again and wait additional 5 minutes. Then the drink comes out watered down with the ice melted away. Last time at this location.

  9:30 p.m. Sunday March 21st First of all when I drove up to the drive thru I waited for 2 to 3 minutes before I was told to order at the window all I wanted was a jr burger with no cheese while placing my order I can hear other employees talking about fighting each other and then it took a good 10 to 15 minutes before I received my food and when I got my food it had cheese on it and I'm lactose intolerant too many young kids who work there that do not want to work

  made a mobile order for a small mozzarella stick and marinara was supposed to be ready at 1:20 didn’t get it till almost 20 minutes later not to mention there was no one there and they gave me the wrong thing onion rings really??
