  Wildly slow. This has happened quite a few times. Ordered online and checked in on the app, but they never bring out my drink. Not a single carhop walked out the door in over 10 minutes. I ended up having to go through the drive through and retell them my order.

  Ordered two chili cheese cones because I had been craving one for a while. When we got home we discovered there was only one. Really disappointed.

  Been in the surgery waiting room, etc all day with my brother our day started at 4am we left around 5pm stopped by sonic for quick 1.5 hour road trip meal home dam if they didn't forget half our meal dam near made it to i49 north and realized so went back exhausted and heavy traffic dam shame and lady at window ask 3 times beings i couldn't hear her couldn she keep the change well of course I didn't mind,and when reluctantly returning I walked in door simply to ask for help the management quickly ask me to exit incase I fell inside store and I mentioned my order was wrong she quickly admitted what I was missing well order was corrected and we left i have no words for how I felt.

  Great love being able to put my order in the app. And always taking advantage of that half off drinks all day. And super excited about the new rewards program.
