  Waited over 1hr for a single pizza that should’ve took less than 20mins to be ready. I went to the store to pick it up just to find out they were out of the crust I ordered so I accepted the hand tossed crust which I was told would take another 10-15 mins. I came back to the store again and the pizza still wasn't ready. It seemed like it was only one person who was really working and that was the dude at the window. It had another guy standing outside in the front just talking to customers. Then when I did finally get home to eat the pizza it was more dry than the cardboard box it was in. This place needs some restructuring. I see why they have as many negative reviews as they have.

  Oh, my, wow We went looking for a dine in pizza Hut. I think there is even a buffet! BUT DONT GO HERE!!! First off, the manager, cashier was rude and dismissive. We asked him to give us a minute. When he walked away, one of the employees came in screaming 'I'm not on my shift'. He was actually screaming profanities as he walked to the restroom which was at the opposite end of the restaurant. We were scared so we left! I knew the parking lot was empty for a reason. The food smelled good but we didn't sit to eat.

  I've ordered twice from this location. Both Carry out orders. The first time my order was cold and rubbery like I had been given someone else's order that didn't show and the second time which was today they didn't even cut my pizza all the way through. I had to tear it apart and upon doing so I found what appeared to be a rubber string on my pizza attached to a pepperoni. Immediately grossed out and tossed in the trash. Thinking a couple breadsticks could tide me over until later and the marina dip was half frozen. I'm done with this location and the one on Jackson is even worse. The only location I've never had any problems with is the one in Pineville.
