  The worst McDonalds in Alexandria, waited almost a hour for our food and it was completely wrong! And they have the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with, the attitudes the employees have just from bringing the food inside after going through the drive-thur to let them know it’s not our order is insane! Like you’re mad with me because yall got my order completely wrong! What makes it worse they wasn’t even busy at all! I would have MAYBE understood if they where busy but no, It was me and one other car in the drive thru and the inside had 1 family sitting down eating when I went inside to show them my receipt and that my order wasn’t even close to being right!

  We were traveling and stayed at Hampton Inn. My husband went to this store, ordered 2 burger, fries and an Arch burger. That was fine. The burgers were cold and no toppings. The fries were cold and had no salt. I threw the burgers and fries out. I called corporate and the representative was horrible. She kept insisting I give the complete address of the store, plus she was loud, rude and repetitive. I found the address of the store on line easily. She could have done the same.

  Whoever the girl is at the second window tonight needs a raise or be put as manager. She single handedly took my order, probably made my food, and walked it out to me, not to mention, did it with a smile. I never saw another soul there. I feel bad for people who bust their ass and get only the bare minimum of what everyone else get's.

  Pretty good experience here. Absolutely neat and tidy when we visited here. The food was good too. No complaints at all.

  I went through the drive through, i was In a rush due to having work at 4, but I got there at around 3:40 with a mobile order. They had a few cars backed up so I understand they had a lot of things going on at once and I don’t mind waiting, but there were multiple issues. I didn’t get the order until 4:05, they didn’t have the coffee, I asked to do a smoothie that machine wasn’t working either and the kind lady said she could give us an apple pie, I asked to do an apple pie and drink due to price difference, but got two apple pies, but I’ll live not the end of the world. The burger I ordered they said they didn’t have it, that was okay, my bf asked if they were just out of chicken or what they were out of to see what I could substitute it for. I was told they were cooking the bacon, not that they didn’t have it that they were cooking it…. I had to explain to her how to put my burger together with the ingredients they had which is a new experience for me. When I get my food, the burger is no joke just the dry chicken and some cold bacon???? How was it cold? No lettuce, no sauce just cold meat, felt like I was at Arby’s. And we had to go inside to get the flurry because that was forgotten too. I’ve had issues with this particular McDonald’s before but this was just a wild experience, it’s on me for just not going somewhere else, I was just in a rush trying to get to work and this location was convenient, but I’ve learned my lesson… the job I work requires me to not leave for 12 straight hours so I really just wanted to get some food for the day, and I did, it was just dry, cold and incorrect.
