  Just got home fuming ! Pulled up to drive thru was one car in front of me & three in other lane. Their lane kept moving while ours wasn’t. Obviously something was wrong backed up to get in the other line, placed order for QP MEAL, pulled up to pay the girl looked pissed not friendly for sure, 2nd window - 2 girls, one was actually tasting a customers blue drink. She handed me my order and then wanted to give me that blue drink which I didn’t order. Now finally driving off it’s raining bad get home only to find out they gave me a FRIED SPICY CHICKEN sandwich and COLD FRIES 😡 HOW DID THIS LOCATION GO FROM BEING THE BEST IN ALEX/PV 10yrs ago to the WORST! Refuse to go back this 💩 has been happening way to often. My husband felt bad for me so went Texas Roadhouse to get me a REALLY GOOD BURGER & Hot fresh fries.

  We dont get fast food often, but when my kids earn a treat, they usually ask for McDonald's. We have not had much trouble and things have gone smoothly most of the time. However, the 2 last times we have been there have been rough. We were sent to park in a numbered spot both times. Once we waited for 30 minutes before I walked in and waited even longer to be able to ask someone for the order. The next time we waited nearly 30 minutes and as I was getting out to walk in, they finally came out with the order. I think they are understaffed, because both times they just didnt seem that busy. I feel for the workers and I hope things get better.

  Just the worst customer service possible. Always makes you pull into a spot to wait, even if you’re the only customer. Frequently out of biscuits in the morning. Unfriendly mgmt

  Insanity that every time you come to this establishment, you have to go park and wait an insane amount of time to even receive your food. Worst part, the order is still wrong.

  waited 40 minutes in line to not receive my order. I have no idea how this McDonald’s continues to have the worst customer service every time I come. While also managing to “lose” my order whenever I come. This is the second time this has happened. I have proof of my order, I have proof that I had been charged, I have proof that I ordered for this location. But they said they couldn’t find it anywhere even though when I pulled up to the window they man said he had my order and too pull to the next window. Then I was greeted at the second window with an attitude by a worker telling me I was lying about having placed my order. Then I was told I needed to “resend the order” after showing my order confirmation. They then continued to try to argue with me over whether I placed the order or not. At this point I left. I very rarely eat McDonalds but when I do I don’t need two workers trying to argue with me over if I placed an order when I am showing them proof. Don’t waste your time with this McDonalds there is another one 5 minutes away.
