After waiting for 30 minutes total in line for mobile order, 10 minutes after checking in for them to make my food, once I got to the first spot in line at the window and they asked my name, I waited another 10 minutes. My food was sitting at the window the entire time, I was looking at it. 10 cars next to me pulled away, the vehicles behind me had their food I was watching them eat in my rear view window. They couldn't leave because I was first. I finally asked them to check my food and the guy at the window said Yeah, everyone's been waiting... he's lucky I didn't jump out of my car right then and there. He goes back to the window and Oh wow my food's sitting there already where he's just been standing around. He brought it to me and the shake was completely melted, he asked if I wanted it remade I said Of course, I've been staring at it for 10 minutes. Finally leave, order was placed at 4pm I drove off at 4:30pm. Finally get home and there's no drink with my kids meal, the spicy sandwich was not spicy, the chicken and waffle sandwich looked like it had bites taken out of it. I had no straws and no napkins. Unprofessional young men at that window. I get that they're busy, I sat through it and watched it all. But they've got to figure out a better management system for getting food out. You can have 3 lanes all you want but people shouldn't still be waiting 30 minutes for food.

- RRReyAug 25, 20261.0Ordered through mobile app at 7:49, and when we arrived, we accidently went through the drive thru instead of curbside waited in the drive thru line for roughly 10 minutes and once we got out and in the correct curbside lane, we sat there for nearly 20 minutes. Our food never came out, so naturally, we went inside to see what was up. The order takers were very nice, and gave us our order that was sitting there on the counter. We left and drove 20 minutes home, ate 3 fries (the fries are big so not many come in a container) which were already cold by that point because we had ordered half an hour ago, and once we got home we realized almost the entire order was incorrect. My chicken sandwich said cobly jack cheese but it had peperjack, i was missing my salad, and we were missing the 2 syrups we payed for. So we went back to get our stuff remade. The order takers were once again kind, but the manager didnt handle the situation very well. I say this as a former general manager of a fast casual restaurant chain. She did remake our sandwiches, but refused to give us fresh fries because "half were gone". Once again, we had 3 but they are big so they took up most of the container. We were already waiting for the food for 30 minutes before we got it, and the fries were already cold!! So, they didn't remake our fries. Ended up getting the sandwiches back, no refund for the syrup, and cold fries. Overall this could have been handle much better.
