- CGColton Gilbert6 days ago1.0The service here is horrendous. Plan on waiting 1-2 hours for food. The food is usually cold and nasty by the time you get it. This place is going downhill fast

Literally came in today (Sunday evening), and it seemed to be a slow day from the limited amount of customers in the building. We were greeted and seated and brought our drinks. Sat there for over 30 minutes and even attempted to flag down the hostess and server whom both ignored us. After a few more minutes we decided to pay for our drinks and leave due to lack of service. We had no other choice at that point. We will no longer even consider going to that place and nor would I recommend anyone else do so. I am speaking specifically on the Buffalo Wild Wings located in Alexandria, Louisiana.

They had been waiting for someone to seat them for quite awhile as well. They left behind us and we all went to Walk-ons.
