So I go inside to have it fixed— they put a GRILLED chicken patty on my sandwich. I live in Walker so by the time I got home and noticed, it was too late. Bojangles in Albany, please do better. We work too damn hard for our money for yall to be playing in our faces like that.

The restaurant is brand new and absolutely spotless, both inside and out. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and well maintained. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way it should be. Everything tasted great, and the quality was better than I expected. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the whole experience was smooth from the moment I walked in until I left. If this is the standard they’re setting at this new location, they’re off to a fantastic start. I’ll definitely stop here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean restaurant, fast service, and a great meal.
