  Glad you can order at the kiosks but you can't even pay there and there are no receipts. I ended up having to pay at the counter. What's the point? I love McDonald's but this location is total disappointment. I have been coming here for years but it's really gone downhill. The bun for my Daily Double burger was tough and dry. Beef was dry and cold. Fries were a disappointment which is sad because I love McD fries. Service was awful. I've never seen more miserable people in my life. They don't have drink dispensers and ketchup dispensers here. I will think twice before returning. Don't come here. Go to the Burger King is across the street.

  Had an issue a few months ago about staff and the lack of customer service and in general respect toward ppl like me. Reached out to corporate they said they would look into the situation this was back in beginning of feb its may and ive heard NOTHING. i havent been back since to this location and dont plan too. Wild that the ppl who bring business and keep that business running, opinions and bad experiences are not cared about at all here almost allowed basically.

  Expérience très décevante, et probablement la dernière pour moi. J’ai commandé un menu Best Of, mais le sandwich comportait une erreur d’ingrédients : la tomate était absente. Je suis retourné au comptoir pour le faire corriger. Le sandwich m’a été rendu avec la tomate, mais cette fois presque tout le reste avait été retiré. J’ai donc finalement rendu l’ensemble du menu et demandé un remboursement. Ce qui est particulièrement regrettable, c’est l’absence totale d’excuses ou de considération de la part du ou des managers. Au-delà de l’erreur initiale, c’est surtout la gestion de la situation et le manque de sens du service client qui rendent cette expérience particulièrement désagréable.
