  Went there to get my mother a Smashburger because today was her birthday July 31 and they are not honoring their July price for the meal. Didn’t purchase anything because if you can’t honor what you advertise then you shouldn’t be in business and you sure won’t get my business

  Got to-go food from here for the first time and they immediately called me and said they didn’t have steak for the Philly cheesesteak. Offered a chicken cheesesteak instead which was fine. Upon arrival to pick up the food our milkshake was melted and the cup warm. Our 2 cheesesteaks didn’t have tomatoes or lettuce and when we went back inside to ask for tomatoes, the guy handed us one tomato slice and said that’s all we get. I ordered a Biscoff cheesecake and they gave us a room temp Oreo cheesecake. When I asked to get a milkshake instead he told me I would have to pay more even though they’re the same price. Told me I could get my money back instead and proceeded to hand me $5 even though the cheesecake was $6. Ordered $11 Heavy Fries with $2 added bacon and cheese sauce. No sautéed onions, no pickles, no cheese sauce, and a random added tomato. Also as you can see on the fork where the one tiny piece of bacon was. The urban sauce was super vinegar tasting and the cheese slice wasn’t melted and tasted really bad on the fries and cheesesteak. Spent $50 with a tip and with passive aggressive customer service, added with the terrible food…would absolutely not recommend. WILL NOT be back.

  I ordered a burger and ff a kid's burger and ff and a philly cheesesteak all 3 meals spent over $34 I did not expect to only get 3 ff and one burger and the Philly cheesesteak they forgot our other burger and I tryed the ff and it was more salt then anything there good if u remove most of the salt I had a pile of salt on the tray buy the time I got done eating the ff just way too much salt I don't like biting into a salt shaker

  Food is great, slow to get to you but that is improving, It has potential to be a Winchester hot spot but they need some talent behind the counter. I went at lunch time another visit and it was dead. Great food huge potential

  We enjoyed our food! My husband and our two kids ordered the smash burgers with milkshakes to drink. Only downsides were one out of three of our milkshakes were the wrong flavor, they had no lids for our fountain drinks & the banana pudding didn’t have banana in it. All in all we would eat here again, we all got full :)
