  I really like Chipotle, but this location has been extremely inconsistent, and I’m reaching the point where I’m not sure I can continue returning. We typically place mobile orders through the app and pick them up through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, items are consistently missing from our orders. Most often, it’s ingredients in a bowl or burrito that we don’t realize are missing until we get home and open the food. At that point, I’m not wasting gas and having my food go cold to drive back to the restaurant to have the order corrected. What’s especially frustrating is that the restaurant doesn’t seem to let customers know when they are out of an ingredient, nor do they offer a replacement or substitution. We simply receive an incomplete order without being made aware of it. I’ve given this location many chances because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but this has happened enough times that it’s becoming difficult to justify returning. I even tried to complete the store survey after last night’s order, which was again missing items, but when I followed the link and searched for the Winchester location, the store didn’t appear as an option. I want to keep being a Chipotle customer, but I need to be able to trust that my mobile order will actually contain what I ordered without having to unwrap a burrito in my car. I wanted to write this in a store survey, but since it isn’t an option, I’m posing it here in hopes that this location’s management can address the ongoing issue.

  I had a burrito and everything was super juicy and limey. I loved the food and customer service was amazing. They were super nice! Only bad is that I couldn’t figure out the sinks on the bathroom, sorry if I ran your water bill up!!

  Absolutely awful customer service from this one employee. She has a horrible rude attitude. She also makes the food so sloppy and left food all over my bag. If you don't like your job leave.

  Was in yesterday for lunch. I’m aware not many people say hi can I help you these days, they just give you the death stare of annoyance lol we got just that and two burrito bowls with brown rice because they were totally out of white rice at 2:30 (no bigge) my chipotle chicken was edible, but my wife’s steak was hands down the worst attempt at steak I have ever seen. Fatty, chewy, flavorless are all words I will use to describe it. I normally just move on and not frequent the establishment after a bad experience, but our meals were 32 dollars with drinks and to me that is CRIMINAL for the value and quality of the ingredients. This was a first and last for me!
