The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the people and they couldn't hear us. The girl taking the order had no clue about menu items. The girl that came up to help her was put out that she had to and made it known we inconvenienced her. Then the coffee was not good. Got the banana bread latte and it was not good. Very watered down. Also got an energy drink that was supposed to be sugar free but it was not.

Friendly, personal service. The waitress took time to talk with me while we awaited my order.

Richmond road - Versailles - always getting it right - especially after I call Sevyn for guidance :)

I've been here twice and both times sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Won't probably give the location a third try with how slow it's been.

I ordered a sugar free pumpkin latte today. After about 10-15 minutes I became violently ill. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER. I did not feel right at all. I checked my Dexcom and realized they gave me a latte with sugar. This isn’t a little oopsie. This is messing with someone’s health. If I wouldn’t have caught my drop of blood sugar I would have slipped into a coma. Shame on you 7 brew!!
