  If I could give 0 stars I would. First the person at the first window didn't even know how to read the screen I had to tell her my order and how much it exactly costed for her to find it. Then at the next window they didn't even hand me the correct order, also when I finally got my order the burger that I specifically said no onion on because of a onion allergy was loaded with onion. Prepare for a suit to come there soon. Terrible and shitty service

  The food is always poor there. It’s either cold and uncooked or scorched by heat. The inside of the restaurant isn’t as clean as it should be. They also can’t seem to get the orders right half the time and then argue and/or call you a liar when you bring it up. The cost of food is high enough so you should at least get what you ordered, cooked correctly and paid for. In my opinion, the management needs to get their head out of their backsides or close the restaurant. Its locations that run like that put the brand to shame. McDonald’s is a good brand but with enough low store ratings such as these, I believe they could do some major house cleaning.

  The boy on night shift with the glasses working in the window 12/12-12/13 is extremely rude. I come to this McDonald’s everyday and everyday it’s the same price. Except when he’s checking me out. It’s always more expensive. He says that the app pricing is different than in store pricing which is not the truth I have worked there myself. I’m not sure if he’s pocketing the money because despite me asking for a receipt he refused to give one. Probably should be investigated because as I said every single day when I come in it’s always the same price except when he’s working it’s always more.

  NO baby changing station. Stopped there to eat with my 1 year old, after a long car ride and there was no changing station. This is unacceptable as a business open to the public.
