  What are the few times we use drive-thru everything was correct which is very rare nowadays window girl had a very good attitude definitely would go there again

  Fries were so over cooked that you COULD NOT bite them!!! AND they were COLD! That tells me they scraped the bottom of the basket! 😡

  Go on down I75 and find another Arby's. So sad this location. We placed our order at 7:51PM and finally received our order at 8:02PM, a full five minutes after a Doordash order hit the queue. Yes, I know how to read their screens. The manager/cook prepared the Doordash order first. The counter girl, placed our fries on the tray 5 minutes before she finally got two sandwiches from the cook, after the Doordash order was completed and delivered. The fries were nice and cold. I asked to speak the the manager, she did visit the table but only offered an apology. Never answered why Doordash order received preferred status. There were sause packets on the kitchen floor and nasty windows. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen surfaces. Please go elsewhere.
