  Go on down I75 and find another Arby's. So sad this location. We placed our order at 7:51PM and finally received our order at 8:02PM, a full five minutes after a Doordash order hit the queue. Yes, I know how to read their screens. The manager/cook prepared the Doordash order first. The counter girl, placed our fries on the tray 5 minutes before she finally got two sandwiches from the cook, after the Doordash order was completed and delivered. The fries were nice and cold. I asked to speak the the manager, she did visit the table but only offered an apology. Never answered why Doordash order received preferred status. There were sause packets on the kitchen floor and nasty windows. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen surfaces. Please go elsewhere.

  Beside waiting, the drive thru-staff was not polite i would thank you , and no response from them. After getting our order they mad it seem i was supposed to just go and don't ask questions or for anything else. But seemed annoyed when i asked for ketch up. Only the fries were hot and the nuggets were cold an terrible tasting (that could be an Arby's issue).
