  I used to love this McDonald's recently every time I go through the drive-thru or go in usually through the drive-thru because it's on my way to work pretty much on my way everywhere I go from where I live something with my order is messed up I've had managers witness me receiving messed up orders including but not limited to me ordering chicken wraps with extra cheese no lettuce and it not having the extra cheese on it I've ordered food and not received it because A either they did not ring it up or be because they did and they chose not to put it in the bag I ordered two mango refreshers and one strawberry refresher and got two strawberry refreshers and one mango refresher The list goes on and on and I've been pretty patient with the situation as long as they justify it and make it right do I say something absolutely because I'm spending my hard earned money today Tops the cake literally they did not put my McChicken in the bag they mixed up my refreshers and I ordered two Happy meals not to receive the Happy meals but to get the toys so they knew that I wanted both toy options that they had nobody was wanting to eat a Happy meal I just did it for the toys we had that conversation before I ordered got home and received the same toy went back to pick up the correct toy because I spoke to the manager they said no problem come switch it out come to find out now I am banned from McDonald's because they keep messing up my order and from what I've heard from other people I'm not the only person that they mess up the order on I've offered to take photographs or return the food to prove that it is messed up and somehow they are making it out to be my fault and banning me from the McDonald's That's fine I will not be visiting any McDonald's ran by that owner I spend a lot of money at McDonald's their loss not mine I've had management witness me check my wraps right in front of them and it have hardly no cheese on them that happens almost every time but they charge me every time for extra cheese so yeah I have more than one credit where I had received for chicken wraps because it's happened more than once I've also had management witness me not receiving The McChicken I ordered today and the fact that they mixed up the refreshers but somehow it's my fault and I get banned and to top the cake on top of that my son got banned just because he was with me Tell me how that's fair I'm half tempted to stop eating at McDonald's altogether like I said you did me a favor I'll save money and lose weight

  I ordered a coke at the drive thru and it took over a half an hour because they were SO SLOW

  Waited for 45 for a SMALL order and everything was made wrong, and I tried to get it fixed and no one would come to the front desk. Worst McDonalds I’ve been to

  People inside and signage said open until 11pm, we drove to the drive thru at 10:15pm and they said the were closed.
